Web Explore was ANZ Plus’s first major web experience. It helped customers research borrowing power, property value, and loan options before applying. The project established the foundations of a cross-platform design system that now underpins all future ANZ Plus web applications.

Analysed existing customer insights, competitor patterns, and marketing site data. Mapped friction points and value themes, then validated them through a follow-up survey to ensure breadth and accuracy.

Translated findings into user journeys and decision flows, prioritising clarity, confidence, and simple navigation for early home-loan exploration.
