Nike x Rebel

overview.

While at Nike, I worked closely with Rebel Australia, Nike’s largest strategic retail partner in the region. I designed a web-based seasonal range planning and ordering application that enabled Rebel’s buyers to view, select, and commit to Nike’s latest collections with greater clarity and speed. This work streamlined wholesale processes and directly contributed to record-breaking sales results for Nike in Australia.

Nike’s seasonal product drops were complex, involving thousands of SKUs across categories. Rebel’s buying teams struggled with static spreadsheets, PDF line plans, and time-consuming showroom visits. This lack of a digital-first tool made assortment planning less efficient and left opportunities on the table.
